Features of our carefully designed system:
• All our animals are rotationally grazed on organic pastures.
• Our beef and lamb is grass finished.
• Chickens range freely behind the cattle and sheep and help to clean up any insects following the flocks.
• We do not use antibiotics or hormones.
• We delay haymaking to allow the bobolinks to fledge.
• We set aside wetland and riparian areas for wildlife.
• We raise alternative breeds of livestock including Tunis sheep, Mulefoot hogs and Freedom Rangers, the breed of chickens raised by France's Label Rouge farmers.
